Elly sure does seem to love the word 'miracle', doesn't she? It seems that everything that she encounters is a miracle. Being born is a miracle, living is a miracle, dying is a miracle, two plus two adding up to four each and every time is a miracle and so on and so forth. Either she doesn't know what the word means or she is very easily impressed.

Yes, Paul J of St.John, NB, Elly does witness a lot of miracles due to the awe and impressions of our favorite author, Lynn! People like her are very unusual and have a real gift for appreciating life, as it is, both the good and the bad, as reflected by the strip title. The real miracle is that she shares her gift with all of us, so well, every day, and in fact starts our day with great expectations !
