Ah, the joys of creative costumes! When my husband and I were first married, we had FUN at the firehouse Halloween party! One year we dressed up in his black suits with fedoras and sunglasses-"The Blues Brothers!" The next year, we'd moved to a new house and I couldn't find one of the fedoras, so we kept the same costume with black suits and sunglasses-presto, you had the "Men In Black!" Our kids love this too-for two years, my older daughter's costume involved green clothes and purple balloons attached around her body by means of a yarn "harness." In other words, she was a bunch of grapes! All it cost me was the money for two packs of purple balloons. Simple, economical, and a smash hit of the neighborhood.

Amanda, my son is going as a Man in Black this year! We got him a nifty penlight he can use as a 'flashy thing.'Angela, Erie, PA
